Free-shipping States
Enjoy FREE SHIPPING within the USA, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, and Marshall Islands and other remote areas. We offer free shipping to most addresses that can be reached by major courier services. However, for remote areas and countries not covered by our free shipping service, we will contact you via email or other means to inform you of the additional shipping costs. You can choose to either receive a refund or pay the price difference for shipping.
For bulk orders, we offer sea freight shipping options. Please contact us directly for confirmation of specific shipping details and costs.
Fast Delivery
Our warehouses are strategically located in USA, Canada, Italy, Australia to provide efficient delivery service. Estimated delivery times fall within 4-10 working days, depending on your location and the inventory status at the respective warehouse. In case an item is out of stock, we will promptly communicate with you to provide updates. The estimated delivery time maybe in 7-15 days applies to those states eligible for free shipping. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please make sure to provide an accurate street address (not a PO Box) and up-to-date contact information during checkout.

ORDER CANCELLATION
To cancel your order before the product is manufactured or shipped, please contact us. Full refunds are available for canceled orders. If the product has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. To cancel your order after receiving the goods, refer to our return policy.
